Reichert BRIX30+ measures % Solids in water soluble solutions o
n a 0-30° Brix scale. Used in the production of soft drinks, fruit juices, wine and beer, it is also ideal for quality control in beverages dispensing equipment and vending machines. Harvesting is made easier by squeezing pieces of grapes, citrus, melons, strawberries, tomatoes and even maple sap directly on to the refractometer prism.
