BL 7916 Black Stone pH Controller & Pump

pH controller and dosing pump in one compact unit. ±0.01 pH accuracy with unbeatable performance. Isolated 4 to 20 mA recorder output. Proportional dosing slows the pump down when the measured pH level approaches the set value which ensures precise dosage and avoids costly waste of chemicals due to over-dosage. Alarm contact is activated whenever the pH value varies by more than 2 pH units from the setpoint. Auxiliary Contacts allow the user to attach a mixer or priming pump that is activated only when the pump is dosing. Kynar® and Teflon® materials are used for all parts that come into contact with liquid.

These new sensors have a body designed for easy installation, requiring no special tools.  Continuous in-line mounting is possible thanks to the 3/4" NPT external thread on each end.  No special holders are required for installation:  these electrodes can be used with any standard 3/4" pipe tees available on the market or the back end can be easily attached to a pipe for dip applications.  In order to reduce normal contamination coming from industrial use, the electrodes combine a polymer reference electrolyte and double-junction technology: no refilling is required, and the electrode can be used in samples such as organic compounds, proteins, heavy metals and high pressure applications (up to 6 bar). In addition, the pH electrodes use an annular Teflon junction that maximizes the surface area of contact and minimizes clogging and response time.  The ORP electrodes also feature an integral potential matching pin and utilize a platinum or gold sensor.  These industrial probes have a Kynar body giving them superior resistance against extreme temperatures and mechanical and chemical stress.
