The Model 800-P accurately reads the amount of reflected light at 90 degrees to the incident angle of a light source. The reflected light is proportional to the amount of suspended particles in the sample solution. The 800-P features two ranges of 20 and 200 NTUs; with only two controls (zero and range) the instrument is easy to operate. 20mm dia x 70mm L vials and standards supplied for 6 mL testing.

  The rechargeable 12V sealed battery provides 90 minutes of continuous use or power to test approximately 180 samples. Battery is recharged with the same AC adaptor used for AC operation, and is warranted for 6 months. Price includes meter, formazin for making a standardizing solution, filter/syringe assembly for producing a turbidity-free reference, permanently sealed polymer standards (0 and 10 NTU, six sample vials, AC adaptor, briefcase-size carrying case, 12V sealed battery and instruction manual.
