The TotalCheck three-in-one meter offers scan and pin moisture modes and a thermo-hygrometer that measures ambient Temperature and RH and calculates Dew point and GPP. Relative Humidity is a crucial factor to consider when installing a floor over a concrete sub floor. The RH sensor of TotalCheck is removable and conforms to the ASTM F-2170 standard to determine if concrete floors have dried adequately before installing a floor covering.

ELECTRODES
The industry standard for lumber and woodworking, this electrode allows you to determine moisture gradients. The contact pins that come with the 26-ES have insulated shanks so that only the tips are exposed. The pins make contact with the wood fiber only at their uncoated tips and provide much more accurate readings of moisture content at various levels of penetration. Knowing that the board is not uniform, you can use the pins to determine the drying pattern.

Ideal for the hardwood flooring installer, furniture manufacturer and the serious craftsman, the 26-ES may be purchased as a separate option or included in one of our moisture meter packages, depending on model.
