If returned for credit, items must be returned in a saleable condition. This decision will be made by Kernco after incoming inspection is complete.
Most of the products and instruments sold originate from original manufacturers or exporters. Most of these companies have a restocking charge that
may vary from 20% to 30%. If they accept the merchandise back after inspection and decide that product is saleable, then they will charge a restocking charge.
Many of our products are high priced items and are priced in the thousands or higher. Therefore, we suggest that you carefully review specifications and other data to be certain to order the proper item or model based on specifications shown on our data sheet. If in doubt, we can check with factory for technical assistance. We will also advise when asked what their return policy and restocking charge policy is.

On some of the higher priced laboratory instruments from Leica and other manufacturers, we can in certain instances have units sent on a trial basis so that you can examine units before purchase commitment.

During our forty years in business, we have had very few problems with our returned goods policy. Our customers exercise good judgment before ordering. They examine specifications to determine if the product meets their needs. This eliminates many problems.

We will continue our policy of cooperation and commitment to our customers in all our dealings with them.
