The Model 330005 UV Light Pen is designed for use by veterinarians, hospital personnel and other health care facility personnel.  The UV Light Pen uses new solid state LED technology that offers a portable source of UV light built into a slim attractive pen that can be easily carried in a shirt pocket.  Priced under $25.00 it is affordable for any facility requiring this type of product.

This new technology has a number of significant advantages over older products using UV fluorescent tubes and light bulbs.

Model 330005 is a compact, rugged and easy to use portable instrument and perfect for lab work or in the field.  The 400 nm
output is just on the edge of visible light spectrum, low enough to cause fluorescence yet inherently safer than lower UV
wavelengths.  It has immediate output and does not need warm-up time.  It's longer battery life eliminates the need for power
cords or battery packs.  Unit is powered by four (4) button cell batteries.  (Battery is Part No. LR41).

Easy to use instructions:  Aim the UV Light Pen, then press the button on the shaft.  Next twist the pen cap to engage or
retract the ballpoint writing tip.
Batteries:  unscrew the pen to install the four LR41 button cell batteries with the negative (-) poles facing the lighted end
of the pen refill ink cartridges (Part No. 330005IR are available).

Precautionary Note:  Protect your pen from water, shock, dust, heat and sunlight.  UV light can be harmful to the eyes
and skin.  Avoid exposure to the beam and do not look directly into the light.  Do not aim the light at the eyes of other
humans or animals.  Do not aim the light into a mirror or reflective surface where the light could be reflected back into your
eyes.
